Standard shipping is free on all prescription orders within the continental United States.
3-7 Business Days
Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days after your prescription is approved and dispensed.

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of contents.

Medications are dispensed by licensed US pharmacies that meet all state and federal regulations.
How It Works
Prescription Review
After a licensed provider reviews your health intake and issues a prescription, your order is sent to our pharmacy partner.
Dispensing
The pharmacy verifies and fills your prescription. This typically takes 1-2 business days.
Shipping
Your medication is shipped via USPS or a similar carrier. You'll receive tracking information via email.
Delivery
Your package arrives in discreet, unmarked packaging. No signature is required for most shipments.

Service Availability
Viril Care currently provides telehealth services and medication fulfillment to patients in select US states where our healthcare providers are licensed to practice. Service availability may vary by treatment type.
We do not ship outside the United States at this time.
Common Questions
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier and pharmacy to resolve the issue, which may include reshipping your order at no additional cost.
Can I expedite my shipment?
Expedited shipping may be available for an additional fee. Contact support before your order ships to inquire about options.
Can I change my shipping address?
You can update your shipping address in your account settings. Changes made after an order ships will not apply to that shipment.
