Getting Started
How does Viril Care work?
Viril Care connects you with licensed healthcare providers through our telehealth platform. You complete a health questionnaire, a provider reviews your information and conducts a consultation, and if treatment is appropriate, a prescription is sent to our pharmacy partners for fulfillment and shipping.
Is Viril Care a healthcare provider?
No. Viril Care is a technology platform that facilitates telehealth consultations. Medical services are provided by independent licensed healthcare providers (physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants) who use our platform.
What conditions do you treat?
We offer telehealth consultations for men's health concerns including erectile dysfunction, hair loss, weight management, testosterone optimization, and skincare. Each treatment requires a clinical evaluation to determine if it's appropriate for you.
Do I need a prescription?
Yes, all medications dispensed through our platform require a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider. The provider will determine if treatment is clinically appropriate based on your health information.
Consultations & Prescriptions
How long does the consultation process take?
After you complete your health intake, a provider typically reviews your information within 24-48 hours. Some cases may require additional follow-up questions before a prescription decision is made.
Will I definitely get a prescription?
No. There is no guarantee of receiving a prescription. Licensed providers make independent clinical decisions based on your health information. If treatment is not appropriate for you, the provider will explain why.
Can I talk to my provider?
Yes. After your initial consultation, you can message your provider through the patient portal for follow-up questions about your treatment.
What if I have a medical emergency?
Viril Care is not for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately or go to the nearest emergency room.
Medications & Shipping
Where do medications come from?
All medications are dispensed by licensed US pharmacies that meet state and federal regulations. We partner with pharmacies that specialize in fulfillment for telehealth services.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days after your prescription is approved and dispensed. Shipping is free for standard delivery within the continental United States.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents. The return address does not mention Viril Care or the medication.
What if my medication is lost or damaged?
Contact our support team within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier and pharmacy to resolve the issue, which may include reshipping your order.
Billing & Subscriptions
When am I charged?
Your payment method is collected when you complete your health intake, but you are not charged until a provider has reviewed your information, determined treatment is appropriate, and a prescription has been issued.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, by emailing support@viril.com, or by calling our support line. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
What is your refund policy?
Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once a provider has begun reviewing your intake. Medications cannot be returned once shipped due to health and safety regulations. See our full Refund Policy for details.
Are there hidden fees?
No. The price shown at checkout includes the consultation, medication (if prescribed), and standard shipping. There are no hidden fees.
Privacy & Security
Is my health information private?
Yes. We take privacy seriously. Your health information is protected by our privacy practices and, where applicable, HIPAA. We use secure, encrypted systems to protect your data.
Who can see my health information?
Your health information is shared only with the healthcare providers treating you and the pharmacy fulfilling your prescription. We do not sell your personal health information.
Will this show up on my insurance?
Viril Care does not bill insurance. Payments are made directly to us, so your visits and prescriptions do not appear on insurance statements.
