Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains our refund and cancellation terms for telehealth consultations and prescription medications.
Overview
At Viril Care, we strive to provide quality telehealth services. Due to the nature of medical consultations and prescription medications, our refund policy differs from typical retail returns. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Consultation Fees
- Before consultation begins: If you have not yet been matched with or communicated with a healthcare provider, you may request a full refund of any consultation fee.
- After consultation begins: Once you have been matched with a provider and your health intake has been reviewed, consultation fees are generally non-refundable. This is because the medical review process has begun.
- Prescription not issued: If a provider determines that treatment is not clinically appropriate for you and no prescription is issued, you may be eligible for a refund of medication costs (if pre-charged) but not consultation fees for the completed medical review.
Prescription Medications
- Before shipment: If your medication has not been dispensed or shipped, you may cancel and receive a full refund for the medication cost.
- After shipment: Once medication has been dispensed and shipped by our pharmacy partners, it cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations. Prescription medications cannot be restocked or resold once they leave the pharmacy.
- Damaged or incorrect orders: If your medication arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
- Lost shipments: If tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it, or if tracking shows no updates for an extended period, contact us and we will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue.
Subscription Cancellations
- How to cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account, emailing support@viril.com, or calling our support line.
- When cancellation takes effect: Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to any remaining medication in your current shipment.
- Refunds for unused subscription time: We do not provide prorated refunds for partial subscription periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will not be charged for the next cycle.
- Cancellation notice: We recommend canceling at least 5 business days before your next billing date to ensure the cancellation is processed in time.
When Your Card Is Charged
Your payment method is collected when you complete your health intake, but you are not charged until:
- A licensed healthcare provider has reviewed your information and determined that treatment is clinically appropriate.
- A prescription has been issued and is ready to be fulfilled by our pharmacy partners.
If a provider determines that treatment is not appropriate for you, you will not be charged for the medication.

Refund requests are typically processed within 5-10 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
Disputes
If you are not satisfied with our resolution to a refund request, please email us at support@viril.com with "Dispute" in the subject line. We will review your case and respond within 5 business days.
